- Tagliata - Seared to perfection tenderloin steak sliced and served with hand picked arugula, cherry tomatoes, red onion with warm vinaigrette and top with Parmigiano Reggiano

- Bone in Veal lightly breaded and painted with a Marinara sauce topped with parmesan and Provolone cheese accompanied with fresh herbs and roasted vegetables.

- Originated in the region of Piedmont in Northern Italy. This dessert is a well-known classic custard, soft and silky served with fruit coulis and fresh cut strawberries.
