Creamy Burrata in a pastry cup with charred corn.
Starter – Served with Talamanti Trebi Trebbiano
Pici Con Coniglio
Hand Rolled Pici pasta with herb roasted rabbit, pancetta lardons, wild mushrooms, peas and creamy cannelloni beans.
Second Course – Served with Talamanti Il Lupo Sangiovese
Cacciucco alla Livornese
A bold Livornese seafood stew of five varieties of fish and shellfish in a tomato-garlic broth, served over toasted garlic rubbed bread.
Entrée – Served with Grati Villa di Monte Chianti
Ossobuco Bianco in Stile Siciliano
Slow- braised veal shank in a rich marsala wine reduction, served over creamy polenta infused with Parmesan and sofrito. Accompanied by grilled broccolini and pomegranate gremolata dolce.
Dessert
Genovesi di Erice
Traditional Sicilian pastry filled with lemon-scented cream, dusted with a touch of sweetness and laid gently atop ricotta.
