Tom Yum Goong Soup
Authentic Thai spicy soup with shrimp, lemon grass, kefir lime, galangal root and a melody of mushrooms.
Pan sear fillet of Halibut with a classic French Saffron Champagne sauce with parsnip and cauliflower puree, fresh snow peas pod drizzled with fresh Tarragon oil and served with a homemade plantain cup.
Italian Tartufo Ice cream with a fruit compote and Whip Cream.
