What started as fun on a Tuesday evening has evolved into a 15-year musical partnership between two friends, Chris White and Stuart Zaltz, who just love to play music together.
Both are composers. Both record albums of original material. But something special happens when they pull out songs forgotten by most. The murmurs in the audience… “Where do I know that song from? I haven’t heard that in years. Did I leave the oven on?”… the smiles and recognition of great memories. Chris and Stuart play their favorites from forgotten Beatles tunes to Gilbert O’Sullivan to Gordon Lightfoot. And as quickly, they can switch gears to perform Coldplay or Elvis Costello. Chris’ guitar and Stuart’s piano weave together effortlessly in a way that has been described as “you guys sound like a full band!”
